Our Staff
Aspire with Credo is an initiative designed to assist Credo team members to be the best they can be, personally and professionally. Credo invests in the professional development and training of all team members to ensure our customer focussed philosophy and the technical skills of all our staff is best in class.
This is achieved through the delivery of education, training, mentoring and technical development programs and individual staff training pathways, this will ensure that all our staff:

- Are provided with appropriate training programs in order to keep up with the latest requirements in relations with their trade;
- Have the opportunity to develop their skills based on their potential and motivation.

Credo also provides workplace traineeships/apprenticeships in all areas of our business. These currently include:
- Certificate II & III in Hospitality
