Credo’s healthy eating program, provides nutritious and healthy daily meal options. It promotes simple, healthy eating, without the hype.
The healthy eating program recipes are nutritionally assessed by Credo’s accredited Nutritionist, and comply with the Healthy Eating Standards for Australian Adults. The goal of healthy eating program is to offer a balanced menu which provides food that is:

- Low sugar
- Low salt
- High carbohydrates
