Credo commenced operations with a basic premise; ‘there has got to be a better way to deliver a credible service to clients and provide cost savings to their businesses’.
With this statement as a guiding principle, we began assembling the necessary framework and resources to create a company which:
- offers an integrated solution to clients requiring a contingent workforce to supplement their business requirements and;
- provides the opportunity to develop each team member within Credo to their full potential.
Credo has evolved to become a managed workforce solutions provider, with industry specialists across the following disciplines:

- resources including mining and oil and gas
- industrial sectors
- managed workforce solutions
In a relatively short time we have fulfilled our initial premise to deliver a credible service to clients and provide cost savings to their businesses, this is demonstrated by:
- introduced industry best practices leading to a 50% reduction in the time taken to complete various retail projects delivering significant savings and increased sales to retailers
- entering preferred supplier agreements with some of Australia’s largest employers
- saving clients in excess of $1.6 million on their workers compensation premiums in a single financial year
