When do I get paid?

The pay week is from Monday to Sunday, you will be paid the following Friday.

How can I make sure I get paid correctly?

By faxing your timesheet to the fax number on the timesheet to the Credo office by 9am Monday morning on the following week. Please ensure this is filled in correctly and signed off by the site manager. Click here to download a timesheet.

What should I wear?

Industrial work – you will need to wear steel capped boots, a Credo high visibility vest and neat casual attire. Corporate work – you need to present yourself as professionally as possible, suits are always a good option for positions in corporate environments. Remember first impressions last!

Where do I go on my first day?

There will be a Credo team leader or a Client Services Manager to meet you on your first day who will show you where to go and induct you on site.

How much will I get paid?

Prior to you starting your first day of work you should be notified by your Credo Consultant how much you will be paid.

What do I do if I can’t get to a shift?

You need to let your contact at Credo know ASAP so we can make other arrangements, remembering to give us 2 hours notice prior to your shift commencement time.

What do I do if I see a hazard in the workplace?

If you see a hazard in the workplace please report this immediately to your supervisor in the workplace as well as notify your contact at Credo. You may be able to prevent yourself or someone else from being hurt.

If you have any issues please make sure you call us at Credo or feel free to approach us on one of our regular visits to your site.

Who pays my tax & superannuation when I’m doing a temporary job for Credo?

When you undertake any form of temporary, contract or casual work for Credo you are a Credo employee. That means that we pay your weekly income tax and superannuation for you.
