Credo works with each client to understand their project needs from a financial, operational and environmental perspective. Based on a comprehensive understanding we are then able to tailor a solution relevant to their project needs.
Credo provides a range of flexible construction financing options for village developments including design & construction fixed fee or Build, Own, Operate (BOO) options. A build, own, operate (BOO) provides a fully integrated commercial model. All direct costs associated with the provision of camp infrastructure and operations are "bundled" into monthly fees for the duration of a contract period. A BOO will provide a fixed guaranteed cost, preserve capital and transfer the commercial and operation risk associated with the provision of camp infrastructure.
