Credo’s team of specialist site planners undertake detailed analysis and evaluations to ensure that the most suitable and sustainable site locations are identified - our property team can assist with negotiations in relation to land purchases or lease agreements.
Design & Approvals
Our designers and engineers work closely with you to design a village that meets all your requirements – they will also provide detailed capital / operational budgets and construction timelines to ensure that the village development is on time and within budget. Our planners will liaise with the local authorities in relation to all of the planning and building approval requirements.
Village Development & Construction
Credo, through our strategic alliances with leading Australian remote village construction companies, will be responsible for project managing the design, construction, transportation and site establishment of your village, including accommodation, administration, kitchens, laundries & gymnasiums.
Village Management
Credo provides an innovative and flexible camp management service for sites ranging from small exploration camps to large scale permanent construction and production sites. Credo has the proven expertise to deliver a wide range of village management services: accommodation, catering, maintenance, landscaping and lifestyle support to create a "home away from home" for your staff, even in the most remote and extreme environments.
4. Planning
Credo will undertake all surveying, statutory, development and environmental planning requirements to ensure that the overall planning process for a new camp or expansion to existing sites is seamless.
2. Equipment Hire
Credo provides all construction equipment such lifts, cranes, forklifts, hoists, storage containers, generators and bobcats to support the camp construction program.
6. Installation
Credo services include full on site installation of your camp infrastructure including transport, logistics, pre delivery modular inspections of your camp buildings and connection to water power and sewerage services.
1. Building Services
Credo experienced building tradespeople and contractors will undertake camp installation and building works such as plumbing, electrical, painting and roofing.
7. Environmental
Our environmental support services will ensure that the carbon footprint of newly constructed camps will be minimal as well as the ongoing service delivery. This will be achieved with waste reduction and energy management programs fully aligned with ISO 14001.
5. Design
Our design associates provide a complete design service including concept design, construction drawings and a full fit out service for all camp requirements ranging from small construction camps to large scale permanent production townships.
8. Logistics & Procurement
Credo will be responsible for the procurement, logistics and storage of all camp construction materials.
3. Safety Management
To ensure the camp construction is conducted safely, Credo’s Safety Plan will ensure that all the required processes and protocols are implemented and are compliant with ISO 9000 and A/NZ 4801.
